Back Story:

"A friend introduced me to Black Sabbath and it completely fascinated me, I remember especially the song N.I.B. just blew me away musically and so did the sarcastic, exaggerated and dark philisophical lyrics. Also hearing the story of the debut Black Sabbath album and how it was recorded within 5 hours and recorded live in the studio made me think that wow what if I could do a Black Sabbath song within a night, so within 3 hours I made up the chords, the lyrics and recorded all the instruments including the vocals which were directly inspired by Ozzy Osbourne's howling. To this day I haven't composed and recorded a song so quickly I don't think. The idea of saying that the only true love in this world is alcoholism sounded like a funny idea to me so that's how the lyrics came about."
